You can undress to your level of comfort. Most clients undress fully, but you can leave undergarments on if you prefer. You’ll be covered with a sheet at all times, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
It depends on your goals. For general relaxation, once a month is common. If you’re addressing pain or stress, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be more beneficial.
It’s up to you. Some clients prefer silence, while others like to chat. Feel free to let the therapist know your preference.
Your therapist will start by discussing your health history, preferences, and any areas you’d like to focus on. You’ll be guided on how to get comfortable on the table, and the therapist will ensure you feel relaxed throughout the session.
Massage is generally safe, but if you have certain conditions (such as heart problems, recent surgeries, or pregnancy), please inform your therapist. We can adjust the massage to suit your needs or recommend an alternative.
Massage should never be painful. Deep tissue work may involve some discomfort, but it should feel like a “good” pain that helps release tension. Let your therapist know if the pressure is too much.
You may feel deeply relaxed, energized, or even a little sore if you had deep tissue work. Drink plenty of water, and take it easy for the rest of the day to maximize the benefits.
Yes! Many clients fall asleep because massage promotes relaxation. It’s perfectly normal and a sign that your body is responding well.
Absolutely. Your comfort is our priority. Let your therapist know if you need the pressure adjusted at any time.
Drink water to help flush toxins, rest, and avoid strenuous activities immediately after. A warm bath can also enhance the relaxation effects.
Yes, mild soreness can occur, especially after deep tissue work. It should subside within a day or two. Gentle stretching and hydration can help.
